<p>The actress was recently spotted in a video capping the year off with a fast kettlebell session, looking really fit. She performed a bent-over row, focusing on her back muscles while maintaining a bent posture and raising the weight to her back. This exercise is an excellent method for toning the upper back while concentrating on the core muscles.</p>
<p>Kriti Sanon has a very serious exercise routine. Her level of fitness is consistently excellent, regardless of whether she is preparing for a movie or her usual training session. Her trainer Karan Sawhney previously provided us with a behind-the-scenes look at the rigorous training for the film Ganapath. “We applied the French contrast training method for a period of over 4 months where even blood, sweat, and tears weren’t enough,” he said, sharing a video of Kriti.</p>
<p>Starting at 6 a.m. on a day with a 12-hour shoot, we progressed to evening sessions. We continued. Her intensive workout seemed to include weighted squats, lunges, and many more exercises. Among other activities, she also performed a kind of crunches and Russian twists to reach her target.</p>
