Arpika operates on a philosophy that separates Modern Theory from standard agencies: “Creativity is something that cannot be forced, you should be born with it and then tweak it.” Her expertise lies in setting rigorous brand guidelines and developing visual identities that resonate emotionally with consumers.

The Serial Entrepreneur

Complementing the creative side is Mukesh Kanna, a seasoned entrepreneur who has already built the successful D2C brand Pickle Fresh from the ground up. In just two years, Kanna bootstrapped the brand to an annual revenue exceeding 12 crore and built a dedicated Instagram community of 83,000 followers without external funding.

Mukesh’s approach is rooted in the reality of building a D2C business from scratch. He believes that while a good product is essential, it only accounts for 20% of a brand’s succes, the remaining 80% is determined by sales and marketing strategy. “With a good product, if someone does not know how to sell, the product is of no use,” says Mukesh. Currently managing Client’s eight businesses across different sectors with a combined ad budget of 4 crores and counting, Mukesh specializes in FMCG growth and lean operational strategies across all the vertical..
